Performatively and conceptually I screen myself as a woman, as a parent and as an artist. I see my life as an example and address myself as a ‘mother’ in relation to society.
My practice relates to the research of this topic - a sociopolitically complex concept with which I deal autobiographically and autotheoretically to process personal experiences, reveal conflicts and pain points. Private becomes public and I deliberately avoid always adapting to my surroundings. I actively try to not separate and let me be the entity that I am. Existing with what I have, united into a complete whole.
Seeking consensus. Maintaining simultaneity. Subversive thinking.
Children are the political act of our society. Children are not a private matter. I am in a more-than-individual state. I wish for laboratories, where a new language can be created. Education is the cultivation of the self. The artistic practice to diagnose the interest in the cultural world, as well as the interest in the world of children and make expectations visible.
